该试剂利用专利的去垢剂裂解组织内的细胞，其缓冲体系为25mM N-二(羟乙基)甘氨酸和150mM氯化钠(pH 7.6)。由于该试剂配方简单所以其应用广泛。可以根据其不同的应用在进行细胞裂解之前向其中加入蛋白酶抑制剂、盐、还原剂、螯合剂等成分。利用该试剂制备的裂解物可以用于报告基因实验分析(例如，荧光素酶,β–半乳糖苷酶,氯霉素乙酰基转移酶)、蛋白激酶分(例如，PKA、PKC、酪氨酸激酶)、免疫分析(例如，蛋白质免疫印迹、ELISA、RIA)以及蛋白纯化实验等下游分析。
产品特点:
- 程序简单 – 仅需按照1:20 (质量/体积)将组织样品与Thermo Scientific T-PER组织总蛋白抽提试剂混合，匀浆组织样品，然后离心沉淀细胞/组织碎片。
- 温和、方便 – 可以通过透析快速方便的去除去垢剂；可以与其他成分一起使用(例如，蛋白酶抑制剂、盐、还原剂、螯合剂等)。
- 灵活 – 裂解物可用于报告基因分析、蛋白激酶分析、免疫分析以及蛋白纯化。
- 相容性强 – 裂解物与Thermo Scientific Coomassie改良增强型蛋白定量分析（Bradford，货号 23236）等标准蛋白质分析方法兼容。
